Monday is pretty much not my favourite day of the week. I guess it isn’t to most, unless you don’t work Mondays. This Monday however feels different, because this is the last Monday of term one here in Perth Western Australia, school term, and so means two weeks holidays. So looking forward to sleep ins and hopefully more Autumnal weather as well. After full on term it is wonderful to have time off, do not get me wrong, I do love my job but need down time as well. It only makes me love my job even more.

So this Monday feels and is different to me. The weather is still summery in feel 30°c days, but mornings and evenings are slightly cooler and darker indeed. Roll on Autumn weather indeed. To me though these In-between seasons are my favourite kind, it’s neither Summer or Winter but somewhere in the middle.
