Daffodils in my garden….

Lately, the winter rain has sent my Daffodils into beautiful blooms. I can not be more excited and overjoyed by their appearance out of the earth. One of the many reasons why I love to tend to my garden again and again. Wherever I look, things are growing and popping out of the ground, so much rain also means a lot of weeds to, but even they have their purpose in the bigger scheme of things, they help make the soil more manageable and fuller.

Rosemary for Dad….

The rosemary we planted in memory of Dad has bloomed pretty little flowers for the first time ever. I kinda think Dad is smiling down on me from his own garden up in heaven. After all we made this garden together when we moved to our current home. Now, it gets bigger and prettier every passing day and season.

More pretties in the garden…

From bare ground only months ago, April where the ground was parched from hot summer, now grows a garden in its place. One I can grow and expand to my hearts content, and one that despite mistakes and failed plants, continues to grow itself, but also me as well, as a person and gardener as well. From nothing comes a place of Eden. It shows you can do anything with some faith and a lot of hard work.

Adieu, for now, I hope your day is great, xox
