It’s time for the school year to end, and the summer holidays start now. Goodbye to Kindy/ Preprimary class and hello summertime in Perth, Western Australia. Hot and humid already with Christmas just around the corner. Sleeping in and lazy days by the pool or beach days. Life becomes my very own, not ruled by class timetables or work, time to enjoy all my hard work, with a long, well-deserved rest.
I love my work, but you just need time to be you. To just have lazy, crazy days of nothingness to look forward to. Read a book or diamond art and even take photos of my favourite beachy places. Holidays are what we work for during the last couple of weeks and days of term 4 of the school year. When the kids are switching off and the weather suddenly gets really hot. Now kick back and sort out my own family Christmas things.
Days to just write and thing of nothing at all. They are the core memory moments that bank in your long-term memory. When people and places change and disappear too. I got the notification to blog and thought, why not? The holiday mode activated once more. After Christmas day trips to place, including Freo and Rockingham, especially water places. Even if it is just to get your feet wet. It is still worth it, indeed.

Adieu, for now, Kitty-kat xox
