24 hours and Christmas is over, just like that, tinsel and Christmas decorations get packed away or start to fade in the hot summer sun. This Christmas day was milder than usual 23°c with shower during the night. It actually felt like Christmas this year. No sweltering Christmas day, cloudy skies, and cool temperatures were a Christmas wish to all of us.

Beautiful day to enjoy and give thanks to the true meaning of Christmas often missed by many of us.  I spent it quietly with close family and, of course, lovely nap in the afternoon.  I’m really getting in the swing of holidays and no school, too. Gonna be hard to go back February, indeed. But really needed a holiday of sorts.

Christmas is time to reflect and just be present, and I feel that I definitely did that this year.
