I gather most of you out there in the blogosphere, have read, or seen my blog post on my repurposed journal. Well that one journal has given to me, a rebirth of sorts to create more, and so last Saturday, I brought some more books, and my project is to slowing turn them into unique journals of my own style.
And so I feel this blog post will probably become a series of journaling posts, maybe showing you how I create what I do. Kinda scary thought to me, considering most of my journaling is off the cuff, and usually has no rhyme or reason to it. I guess too, that my journals are very organic, in such that they start from a seed of an idea, and then quickly become fully bloomed from there.
I feel though that a process blog post on how I do it, may help all you out there struggling putting pen to paper. I know that I am a very visual person, and that sometimes seeing somebody’s else journal spread, can give me the seed of an idea, that I needed. And maybe I am simply rambling about a whole not of nothing. So inner critic buzz off, will you.
I am always one to go my own way, and I feel that also happening with my journaling as well. I can not wait to see what I can make with these simple books I brought.
Happy journaling out there 😁
