Well the shower floor is scrubbed clean and floors done and now enjoying a well deserved cuppa. I am keeping my spirits up and getting out in the backyard for fresh air. It is so very surreal though quietness like no other. Can not see another living soul except those people I live with.

The restrictions have gotten more tighter here in Perth, Western Australia. Life as we know it has changed so very much indeed. It is something this world has never truly seen before, uncharted territory and I feel it scares people more. I feel though it is all needed, if only learn from what happened in Italy.

My prayers are with that country, so many dead it is so sad too see on television every night. I have restricted my access to news reports and social media platforms, instead a lot of journaling videos and also reading my Bible. Calming words in this world gone mad.

I feel too that I need too put out positive vibes into the universe to help balance the world again. And despite everything that I have gone through in my life, I can not help but be positive anyway.
