Yesterday was a lovely day by the river, going for lunch @ the dome in East Freo with Mum and my Auntie Colleen for Mum’s birthday. After a yummy lunch on the way back we happened upon a family of black swans. The two cynets were fluffy grey colour and the whole family was sleeping by the river bank. It was quite amusing because the adults were on one foot. So out came the phones and my Auntie and I took a few photos of them. It was goregous by the river so I took some more photos as well. The sea breeze had come in and it was a shame to leave, it reminds me a childhood times having fish ‘n chips by the river and then going for a walk by the river afterwards. It was such a simple thing to happen that brought smiles to our faces for the rest of the day.
