I was born and raised in Western Australia and feel so lucky to live in such an amazing place. We are on the West coast of Australia, and I am biased, it’s the place to live and definitely not leaving it any time soon.

The sun that shines nearly 365 days of the year, and having the ocean and out back right outside the city limits is truly special and heaven as well. Sometimes just seeing and smelling the ocean is enough for me, especially after a trip away from the West coast. It’s comforting to know that no matter what, that the Indian ocean will always be there as a compass, landmark, to guide me home.

I love it when going on drives by the coast roads and seeing the ocean vast and all so beautiful. Standing before it, is so very powerful, and you feel the pull of it’s power deep within your soul. The West coast is the place to be indeed, and now with Summer here, we are all drawn to it’s white sandy coastlines. If only to sit and stare out to the horizon, listening to the waves and feeling the breeze upon one’s face.
