Outing with my Ma

Coffee at this little cafe with my Ma

Today was a day out with my Ma and simply enjoying time together as Mum and Daughter. Yes we are both adults, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t still work on our relationship, and spending quality time with each other. Now that I am on Summer holidays, it is my time to spend with my family, as I did today. Ma and I have always been close and now as adults we still are. So we went to Fremantle and stopped off here at a small cafe on High street for morning tea and chat.

While I ordered the coffee and cake, Ma did some drawing of flowers.

I took this photo while Ma wasn’t looking, and think it is a pretty good candid photo of her indeed. The cafe was really well put together with some mismatch furniture and teacup succulents on the tables. I love the funky feel of the cafe and they made Mum a real weak Latte just the way she liked it too. Always a plus in my book, and the carrot cake was simply to die for indeed. After a chat and together time we decide to visit the Good Sammy’s Op shop a few doors up from the cafe we were at. I can never say no to a little ok shopping that is for sure.

Succulents on the table so cute.

It is always lovely to spend time with my Mum and we certainly enjoy each other’s company. Fremantle is such a lovely place and full of a lot of my childhood memories.

Ciao for now Kitty-Kat xox
