Currently reading this book on Google e-reader and so loving it completely. So up my street in taking myself off and rediscovering my hometown around me. To many aha moments too name and I have only read a few chapters already. Definitely would recommend it to all of my journaling friends who want to travel without the hassle of leaving where you live.
I also love the sprinkle of quotes from other people, writer’s that truly make my heart sing. The nerd in me truly loves that aspect totally, where I ended up finding more books to read before finishing the first chapter you could say. I found the book on WordPress fellow blogger’s post the other day, and thought why not give it a try.
I have done the Julia Cameron artists date thing, where I took myself off to Fremantle for the day during Summer. So I feel this will be more extension of that concept, which I am more up with. I also feel with Shutdown last year and lockdowns with Covid outbreaks, planning holidays can be costly and cancelled at last minute. Whereas holiday in my hometown is only roughly 10-15 minutes away from my home.

Today I even got to spend some time there in Fremantle, even if it was only the bus station waiting for my bus. It truly was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. I can not wait to dive back into this awesome book. And see what more things I can do to be a tourist in my own at home.

Adieu for now Kitty-Kat xox And hope you have a great day xox
